Beautiful and High Quality
Beautiful Fountain. Very well made and easy to install if you are prepared. It is heavy so we built a small step to set it up with a channel so we could drain water. Worked perfectly. Shipping did not included set up, so make sure what you are buying and if you are setting it up, will need at least one more person to help, VERY heavy.

It is quite heavy, so plan a 'channel' below the pool so that if a pump ever needs replacement, you can to it easily.

Very impressed with the "hand delivery and set up" done by the delivering company. The fountain is BEAUTIFUL. It's color is "more green" than the stone/neutral appearance online, but it fits in even better with our garden and furniture than I imagined. I would have given 5 stars but we are concerned if there is a "leak" at this point. . or if the constant loss of water level is due to "wind". . as MUCH "splattering" goes on constantly. It is a GREAT water feature for our small backyard where we entertain year round.

i bought this fountain a month ago and its a problem with this fountain because i have to fill water in every 4 days because water is always spilling out and the area outside around it is always wet .

Will this survive the winters of Albany, New York....zone 4 I would empty the water and pump. Is there a winter cover?
Thank you for your interest in the Brielle Cast-stone Fountain. This fountain will survive the winters of Albany, New York. For proper winter storage: Remove pump, rubber stoppers, drainpipes, finials, and other small components for storage indoors. Raise fountain base from ground with wood strips so that base will not freeze to the ground surface. Cover or wrap the fountain with burlap or other absorbent material (old blanket or towel) and then cover securely with plastic, making sure that water will not accumulate in the basin or other fountain component and freeze. Check fountain periodically to ensure that plastic is secure and water is not accumulating in any fountain component.

I live in Connecticut. What are your foundation requirements for this fountain? During delivery, am I responsible for removing the crate from the trailer to ground level? What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

The delivery driver will be responsible for unloading the package(s) from the trailer.
