Great chair but Slate is NOT Black
Beautiful chair and well-made, but I'm returning them. The picture online shows Slate as a black color, and the associate in the store confirmed they were black. They just arrived and are a dark grey. I ordered them to complement the Paris Bistro dining chairs, which are true black. Also, the rattan is a different color and finish than the Paris . I wish the Paris Bistro chairs came in a counter height! If these Brighton chairs were a true black, they would be absolutely perfect.

Is the slate color closer to black or dark gray.
