Great look
This was the perfect addition to our new backyard. I liked that it’s a totally different look than other fire pits. The wide rim is great for setting down your drinks. We replaced the rocks with fire glass.

Bryndle Fire Pit is Hot!
The Bryndle Root Fire Pit is exactly as it is described. I love it. It looks like a real slice of a tree and I've received many compliments from family and friends. My husband did not want me to get a firepit and now that we have it he thinks it's fantastic. We sit by it every afternoon and watch sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine. Additionally, we can move it anywhere in the yard since it's light enough to move with two people. We bought the Bryndle Tank Cover and that provides a nice side table.

This fire pit is gorgeous and original. Functions easily and creates the perfect atmosphere for the sitting area by our pool. I searched for months for a fire pit that didn't look status quo and I found it with the Bryndle Root fire pit.

Wooded setting
Placed in wooded area, smooth gas with propane tank. No sparks, no setting a wood fire, and when we are done we turn it off. Great for this location. Love being able to adjust the flame. Edge stays cool for placing drinks or feet.

Stunning Fire Pit - Great Size and Heat
Truly a stunningly beautiful fire pit! Puts out perfect amount of heat for SoCal nights. Easy to adjust flame control. Love the wide rims. Recommend the matching gas tank cover as well (extra $$). The product sits quite low (about 13") so it's not necessarily ideal if you are looking for something to double as an outdoor table to eat around. However, the rim is nice and wide, perfect for placing drinks or small plates. As a result of the height, there's obviously no place to hide a propane tank (it sits separately with a long hose attached - thus why I recommend the tank cover, that doubles nicely as a side table). Also of note is that the product ships with lava rocks, not the fire glass that is shown in this picture (for whatever reason). I wanted to take a star off for this, as they are technically selling you something that the product doesn't come with... If you like lava rocks, great! If you'd prefer the glass, as pictured, you need to buy separately, and the fire glass is not cheap (you'll need approximately two 10 lb bags). Should be an option to switch them out during checkout. Comes with a black cover to keep it safe from the elements, and a little marker to fix and fill in little nicks or dents that may occur (haven't tried that yet).

Perfect natural looking fire pit
This was even better than I expected. It fits right into our rustic outdoor pit decor. I wanted something that looked like part of the landscape. It is also generates a good amount of heat.

Beautiful and unique!
Our fire pit just arrived. It was very easy to unpack and move to our backyard. It does take 2 people to move it, but it’s easy to handle. We put 50lbs of fireglass in it instead of the lava rock that was included. It started right up and has a range from low to high to adjust the flame. We are very happy with this purchase. The only negative is that the tank cover is back ordered until January:(

Gorgeous fire pit!
Just beautiful! I am so impressed by how it looks in person. It's the right mix of natural and modern. It doesn't give off a ton of heat especially in our small backyard it's hard to turn it up all the way without getting to close but it's just enough to extend the evening or a cool afternoon in San Francisco.

Beautiful and Unique Fire Pit
The firepit is a great size and amazing look. It is unique and looks like a hollowed out tree! It does come with lava rock so we bought fire glass. It's a nice height to be able to sit around and enjoy. The picture makes it look more of a brown color. In actuality it's a much lighter beige/ cream color.

Evenings are more fun
Wonderful! We installed this a week ago and have used it every evening since. Easy to light, nice warmth. We appreciate being able to raise and lower the flame. We use it with our poolside seating, it is drawing us out for swimming and sitting late into the night. Highly recommend

Awesome Fire Pit!
The Bryndle Rot Fire Pit is awesome! With 50,000 BTUs, it throws off some major heat. We wanted a lower pit so that our legs felt some heat. But, that meant the gas tank would not be within the pit. No problem because the Bryndle has a matching tank cover and they both look so natural. We are loving it!

Brindle Root Fire Pit
Beautiful natural looking fire pit. Low to the ground so ease of use for setting your wine glass or your feet on. Unfortunate that it has to be manually connected to the propane tank which sits outside of the fire pit. Pricey though.

Love our new fire pit! The look is fantastic and truly has a wood feel to it. Doesn’t put out as much heat as I hoped so it feels more ambient than anything. I like the perimeter so you can set your drinks/snacks down. Overall, we’re very pleased!

Confusing lighting system
It's beautiful, just the right sized, but it's not easy to light. You have to lift the cover of the propane tank carefully, turn on the gas, put the cover back on, slowly turn on the gas at the pit, and hold it for several seconds, before hitting the ignite button. It doesn't always light, so you have to play with it. I just think there should be an easier system coming from Frontgate.

First one delivered connection was broken , second one delivered outside of fire pit in pieces, finally third one delivered is good! Waited since 4/27 third one delivered on June 14; Way too long, I feel should have been given a bigger discount

Looks great but gas valve failed within 1 week
This is not a big unit, looks great, but the gas valve to control the flame failed within 1 week. The valve does NOT stay open, and shuts off on its own. VERY FRUSTRATING. At least Frontgate customer service responded quickly with a replacement part.
