How does this work and connect to the fire pit
Thank you for your interest in the Bryndle Root Tank Cover. This tank cover does not connect directly to the fire pit; it is designed to hide the propane tank and double as a coordinating side table. There is an opening in the tank cover for the propane hose to be connected from the fire table to the propane tank.

I am planning to purchase the Bryndle Root Fire Pit. Does a cover come with it, or do I have to purchase the Bryndle Root cover to get a cover?
With this design …. Are you expected to lift and remove table while turning tank on and off?

Excellent Quality
It is of high quality and matches the Bryndle Root Fire Pit exactly. Glad I purchased it. It works nicely as a table between my Adirondack chairs around the firepit. The weather cover is an added bonus, although it is very thin and black. I'm thinking it may only last through one season of weather and sun. At least I have a pattern for making a new one! :)

Nice Side Table - Needs easier access to propane
This is a very nice table that matches the Bryndle Root Fire Pit. The only thing I wish this had was easier access to the propane nozzle, so you could more easily switch the Propane on/off. If you have really skinny hands, you can probably get through the little built in handles, but normal to large hands will have an issue. I have to fully lift the cover off the tank to turn the propane on/off at the tank. This cover is a sturdy, sold table, and as a result, not overly light. Makes the process of lighting the firepit a little cumbersome, as you need to lift this off, find a place for it, turn the propane on, and then replace the cover.

Okay and necessary
Looks nice and matches the Bryndle root fire pit - however, it has no door and you have to lift it off every time you turn it on and the line from it to the fire pit really has nowhere to go and is pinched when you put it on top of the gas tank.

Beware of fire pit hose not fitting
The connection from fire pit is too big to fit through holes in sides of tank cover have to run through bottom. Wish I would have known from description. Had tank cover for over a month before 3 fire pit arrived so decided to keep

Disappointed in FRONTGATE's delivery services.
We are unable to rate either of FRONTGATE's two products. This is because we have not used them. We have not used them because FRONTGATE has failed to deliver our fireplace that we ordered weeks and weeks ago!?!?
