Poor quality - zero stars
I purchased this item in gray in July 2022. The items was not used at all. I covered it in late October for the winter with the supplied cover. In November of 2023 I noticed cracking and rusting. I emailed front gate and they promptly stated that it’s over the 1 year warranty and out of courtesy they will offer 50% of the value. a $1200 fire pit that basically lasted 15 months. I escalated the concern again and front gate stuck to its 50% courtesy. Seriously expected better Service from them and the price of this item.
