Very Handsome Fire Table
This is a very handsome fire table, with the propane tank hidden inside. I substituted some river rock looking lava rock for the lava rocks that came with the table - just an aesthetic preference. But otherwise, it's perfect. It ignited without issue. I will look forward to using it. Am hoping that it will look good and perform well for a very long time.

Great style, bad durability
Living in a temperate environment I would not have expected the level of cracks and concrete breaking off in only 18 months. Sad. Bought two. When they look bad enough I will buy replacements elsewhere.

Damage
The fire pit came damaged even though the box seemed fine. The outside had crumbled away. Returned and purchased a different fire pit.

nice size for a deck. paint is flaking though
We bought this firepit because we wanted one that would hide the tank, and still be small enough for a deck. We bought it 3 months ago. We have used it about 4 times, always keep the cover on when not in use. The paint is flaking off of the rims which is a little concerning since it is a little over 2 months old and used 4 times.

Buyer beware -FOUR danaged tables - poor service
I ordered 2 of these tables and both came severely damaged. They are not packaged well so I was not suprised. I told the customer service associate that the product was not packaged appropriately and she assured me there have been no other issues. I exchanged them for two more (no small feat - you have to repackage these very heavy items and send them back) I exchanged them for two more and both also came damaged. I called frontgate and they said I with need to do the same thing in terms of exchanging them and offered nothing for the inconvenience of now needing to pack two more fire pits to be sent back. I do believe this is their issue given they are not packaged appropriately . I had to ask for them to at least to refund the shipping cost given the significant inconvenience this has caused and I am currently on the phone debating with them to do that. These are expensive items and I would have expected better customer service from frontgate. I have shopped here frequently but do not plan to do so so after this experience.
