Wel worth the wait
These are perfect for our outdoor bar area! Got the dark brown. They are well-made, very little assembly, and comfortable, especially for the price!. Had to wait a LONG time d/t supply chain issues, but well-worth the wait.

Disappointed
Our order (W183435301016) was a disappointment. We have ordered products from Frontgate for years but this is a first. The first shipment came in a damaged box and the contents had no adequate packing material to protect our purchase. Needless to say, the legs of one of the stools was bent and the hardware missing so we could not complete assembling the two stools. One of the plastic "feet" of one stool was broken and the other stool was missing all 4 "feet". After a couple of calls to customer service a replacement set of stools was shipped and arrived as promised. OMG, the replacements came in a cardboard box similar to the originals, with hastily applied packaging tape that was wholly inadequate for the job. The box appeared to be used, as if it had contained an entirely different product, metal staples were torn (suggesting a returned item), had no labels or markings, nor any mention of where the product was manufactured. It was cobbled together with cellophane tape, similar to the first shipment. Fortunately, these replacements faired better with only one of the plastic "feet" found broken. I replaced it with one salvaged from the first set of stools. I am return shipping the first set of stools to Frontgate hoping that I can find enough packing material to prevent any further damage to the stools during shipment. BTW, the replacement stools are attractive but I am suspect of their durability as the frames are constructed from rather thin walled aluminum tubing, making them rather light weight. For the reasons I have mentioned above, I would look at other options before purchasing these stools.
