I love my mailbox. It has all my identification on it. It is a great size so many small packages can fit in it. The door also seals so that moisture cannot get to the mail inside. It is also very beautiful.

Exceptional service!
I bought this kind of mailbox few YEARS ago. It has hold up well and looks great. Then few weeks ago a screw got missing that holds the door. I contacted Frontgate to get a new screw, could not find one to fit. They contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a NEW mailbox at no cost to me. Took some work to replace it on the old post, screws were stuck, but we managed at it looks and works great. Thank you.

This is a beautiful mailbox...has some bad reviews so a bit concerned. But my last Frontgate mailbox was 10 years old and still perfect! So I’m hopeful This purchase is for our new house that’s being built so not installed yet...to be continued

Almost always great quality and excellent shipping.
I have purchased, once again, the Mail box that everyone in Snow Country complains about. I am just not too bright. It is the greatest looking mail box on the market, and on the street. For a while... and the worst to have the paint stay on. There was a comment by Frontgate that this is a new and improved version. It appears to be from Michigan. Not China...
We shall see. I will unlikely purchase another, nor whine. It is a great looking mail receptacle. I understood the risk when I bought it...

I need the door hinges for my capitol mail box and did not realize that the rubber pieces which stop the door should be 4 of them but mine had only 3. Can I get the hinges and a rubber piece. Thank you.
