Lovely area rug
Just received this rug and am very please with the feel and design. Mine looked like the website picture and I am ordering another one for the other side of the room.

Not As Pictured
I purchased this rug for our family room in a 9x12 and immediately notified Frontgate of the return on September 14th. Unlike the website images, the hand-knotted composition of the rug has interruptions of white throughout the pattern. Frontgate agreed to arrange pick up of the rug sixteen days ago. Their trucking service never showed or called during their scheduled time. We are still trying to return the rug.
