Are you sure I can't buy 4 yards of Sunbrella Sailcloth Sailor Rain from Frontgate? It is not available through Sunbrella or any other retail and I need to match the Carlisle curved sofa I bought from you.

We are ordering new Carlisle Lounge Chairs with Cushion in Onyx Finish and want to closely match the cushions from our existing Carlisle furniture. The other cushions are SPO Sparkle Snow. Would Special Order Rumor Snow be the closest match?

Thank you for your interest in the Carlisle Lounge Chair with Cushions in Onyx Finish. This chair has a 20.5" seat height, and all three Carlisle Ottomans have a 16.5" height. This is so the ottomans can also be used with the other Carlisle pieces with lower seat heights. However, they are closest in height to the Carlisle Swivel Lounge Chair with Cushions (68125) which has a 16.75" seat height and the Carlisle Oversized Cuddle Lounge (68075) which has a 16.5" seat height.

Regarding Fabric, is the “Solid” fabric also Sunbrella? What is the difference between Sunbrella and Sunbrella Rain (assuming one is it withstands rain better, but is it different fabric blend? Does it weigh more? Is it better for desert HEAT?)

Perfect for around the fire table
I ordered the whole set - sofa, love seat, and two chairs. It is very sturdy, heavy (won't blow away in a wind storm), well-made, and pleasing to the eye. I'm looking forward to many years sitting around the fire table on this beautiful furniture.

Terrible customer service
I'm not going to waste any more time or energy on this than I already have with Frontgage on this order but suffice it to say I had issues with my chairs (fabric advertised as Sunbrella was not actually Sunbrella) and Frontgate was ZERO help in resolving. Really bad customer service.
