Stunning
Incredible entertaining pieces to display. I was quite surprised when they arrived as I wasn't aware that they would be so large! The round cheeseboard is very large and very heavy. The smaller rectangle board is lighter and easier to handle. The stone is quite beautiful. The detail and quality of the wood carving is stunning. They were definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend them and can't wait to use them at my next dinner party once things return to normal!

Carved wooden and marble cheese boards
We love our boards they make a beautiful presentation Chilling them first can keep items cooler longer. We have them displayed in our kitchen. Much heavier than expected so eat your wheaties.

Beautiful; not super practical
Received the carved wood and marble tray after waiting a ridiculous amount of time for the back order. However, Frontgate did a wonderful job communicating the delays. The tray is very pretty. Seems well-made. Solid marble base makes it quite heavy. I have it on my kitchen table, housing salt and pepper shakers and napkin holder. There is room for a couple other condiments. The 3 little wood bowls are very cute, but fairly impractical. Probably good for nuts, wrapped candy. Not much else. I wouldn’t use for wet ingredients like olives, cheese, etc. Hoping that I’ll find the perfect use, but for now, it’s just display.

Carved wooden and marble cheese board
This item is beautiful & very different with the carved wood which really “catches the eye.” However, the marble & wood are very thick & this makes this cheese board very heavy & hard to move around.

Is there wood beneath the marble for stability? I’m concerned the marble will separate from the wood. Does that happen or how could it be prevented?
