Poorly made
The box and packing were perfect, but the Nutcracker server was chipped in numerous places, the gold paint was rubbed off or just missing and the top was pitted and the glaze was cracked all over. Customer service helped to return my money and cancel my order for the matching bowl. This was a first for a Frontgate product. My other Frontgate Christmas decor is over the top gorgeous.
