WHat is the clearance under the table for an armchair to fit? Thanks

I would like to use the table with just one of the two leaves. If I add just one, will the table top be centered over the legs or will there be overhang on one side and not the other?

Work of Art - solid and beautiful
Purchased 2 weeks ago and arrived via JB Hunt truck. Fellas brought box to back yard and I took it from there. Minor assembly of legs onto table top with solid 8 bolts (2 per leg) and Allen wrench that was provided along with assembly instructions. Instructions tell you to put table top on ground and attach legs then flip table over upright. I took a different approach by putting the table top on 2 saw horses for fear of putting too much stress on the set of legs when flipping over. I made sure the saw horses were set high enough so plenty of room to assemble the legs under the table top. I will say it was probably a little bit more tedious this way but no doubt avoiding any risk of ruining this Heavy Stutdy table. I think it weighs roughly 160-170 lbs so fearful if flipped table over w/ help of son we might still stress the legs. Table is beautiful w/ chevron top design. I’m a repeat customer and scratch my head when read reviews of 1-3 stars and not many currently dated that complain of Frontgate products. This table has a 10 yr warranty, customer service always pleasant. Look forward to many family meals around this table. Now just need to find the right side chairs and end chairs.

Gorgeous table
Gorgeous table with easy to use expansion feature. Easy to assemble, but the Allen wrench was missing. Used a bike tool with no problem.

The table is very pretty and well made but there is a broken peg that holds one of the expandable sections up. Time will tell how well Frontgate handles this. So far it has taken two emails and a telephone conversation to get someone to look into the problem .
