This is a Non-returnable Item
We purchased this mat in size 36x48 but received a size 72x48. When we called we were told the smaller size was out of stock. We explained we did not order this size but we were told we did and it is non-returnable. And I see the item is still not listed as “non-returnable.” The individual we spoke to then explained even if the smaller size was listed when we purchased it online, it may have been substituted with the larger size. We spoke to two other “supervisors” but they would not take it back. Nice, no mention the smaller size was not available or that it is a non-returnable item. And by the way, we’ve purchased at least three other mats in past all the smaller size so thanks for understanding. We were offered a 15 percent discount. Sorry, that’s not okay.
