Okay rug
Thick and cleans well. lots of room to clean your shoes comfortably. Does not shed all over but i have to clean up on top of the rug. Initial not clear after a few uses sheds on top. Overall, i recommend with lower expectations.

Poor customer service with returns
Liked the mat but was too thick and was a hazard at every door threshold so I had to return it. I called on 1/31 to request a return and was told to allow 2-3 days. On 2/2 I called again and Paula told me it would take 5 -6 days. Sooo on 2/8 I spoke with Kate and she informed me a new label was submitted on 2/6. Then on 2/12 I called again and spoke with Mary. Every conversation included confirming my information. AND the email was never in spam. I finally received a return email on 2/13. Horrible experience and really surprised and disappointed. Made me have concerns about ordering anything again from Frontgate

Thick Mat
This mat is about 1 1/2 inches thick and did not work for my front door. Unfortunately, it was not returnable.

Disappointing
Wouldn't buy again. Mat sheds quite a bit so messy. Also the personalized letter on the mat was poorly done and smudged. Placed it in the garage where it wouldn't often be seen.
