These placemats are SO thin and flimsy. I like the size and materials used but I’m pretty disappointed in how cheap they feel.

Do they wash well? Do you have to iron? Do they stain easily?
Thank you for your interest in the Classic Hemstitch Solid Placemats, Set Of Six. These placemats are made of 55% linen/45% cotton. We do recommend immediately soaking up any spills and cleaning the placemats when exposed to a substance which could potentially cause a stain. They may be machine washed, but should be air-dried. If promptly removed from the washing machine and laid flat to dry, there should not be any excessive wrinkles or need to iron.
