Only one reason for not being 5 star
Bought the shorter one and like it a lot. Only thing I don't like is that the dishes clang noisily in the frame. I added a sheet of packing foam to each which reduces noise but does affect appearance.

Wish it wasn’t as tall for smaller pets. It matches the room and their bed- 2 smaller dogs.

Beautiful looking but bowls don’t fit well
I bought this last week and received yesterday. First, the product is beautiful. It fits perfectly with our decor and replaces a much less visually appealing feeder we had. I am very happy with the look. That said, the bowls don’t fit well so when the dogs get to the bottom of their dishes the bowls clank around while they are licking to pick up the food. It is a very loud sounds that carries in the room. For this price, bowls should for well and not clank around when the dog is eating. On the fence if I return it because of the noise or try and get bowls that don’t make the sound...of course that means even more money...on a dog feeder...

Beautiful but massive
The feeder is gorgeous, I bought the bed and lounge chair so only made sense to buy all three to match! Bought the smaller feeder and my Maltipoo can’t reach it at all! Can’t even get water from his bowl that I can to keep the bowls on the floor. Couldn’t get a refund so I’m stuck with it!
