Rated 5 out of 5 by Lizzie Jean from FANCY DOG CRATE THAT LOOKS GREAT I ordered the Covington Pet Residence for our lab because she sleeps in our bedroom and I wanted a crate that looked more like a piece of furniture. It came on time and my husband had no trouble putting it together and it looks very nice in the room. Plus, our lab has plenty of room and enjoys the pad. The doors have the security lock which keeps her from being able to open them herself. I would definitely recommend.

I called FG and they credited me the difference to my credit card. It’s rare to get good customer service these days. I’m going to buy the large crate now for upstairs.

The first one we bought came broken and the customer service sent us another one which had broken pieces as well but we were able to make it work. We wanted the furniture to match so we bought the smaller size and thankfully no broken pieces with the second! We love the style and our poodles love the comfort and cozy place of their own. A bit on the pricey side but we hope to have them for a very long time and they add style to our living space which is appreciated since we spend everyday looking at them. Thank you Frontgate you truly delivered an important element of security for our pups and syle for us!
