This is my third oversized cushion keeper.  Great size, great idea, but the canvas rots out in one season.  The one I have (identical to one shown) just tore today due to canvas deterioration.  Is this suppose to be tolerant to outdoor elements?

I have found the canvas rots out from weather elements.  Tears long before the frame and zipper gives out.

Is it mouse proof?

Thank you for your interest in the Cushion Keeper® Collapsible Storage. There is a zipper seal for the top to help seal this. There is not any openings to allow mice in. However, this is made of fabric so they could chew through it.

Can you wash the cover, I have an older version of the collapsible storage unit.   My cover is dirty and mildew.
