Beautiful mirror with TIPS in MOVING
Do not let the negative reviews sway your purchase on this mirror. Mine arrived today and it’s gorgeous! The negative reviews did
NOT have the movers remove the center hinge and the remainder of the two on each side which were underneath the mirror. Instead I suspect that the mirrors were moved only by the center hinge which would have torked it enough to cause damage. MAKE SURE that your mover separates each mirror and reassembles. The hinges are strong and are suitable for the weight of this tri-fold.
Also do not have them tighten down the hinge bolt nuts because this will not allow full degree of swing. This was another mistake a previous buyer had.
These tips are common sense and provide for a great experience owning this beautiful piece.
At the clearance price this trifold is a steal!!

Broken
The mirror came broken due to the hinge pieces floating freely in box. Extremely disappointing for the price. Other reviews state same issue so I don’t have much hope for replacement.

Hinges broke twice
When the delivery men unpacked the mirror the hinges holding the side panels immediately snapped off. I called Frontgate and they had a replacement shipped, arriving two weeks later. Once again, while the delivery men unpacked the second (replacement) mirror, the side panels broke off in the exact same way as the first mirror did, at the hinges. I watched the handling by the delivery men both times and they did not handle the mirror roughly, drop it, or try to lift it by the side panels. Under closer inspection it appears the hinges are glued on, not soldered. There is a significant design flaw in that the hinges are not substantial enough to bear the weight of this very heavy mirror. Also noted that the hinges do not allow the side panels to fold flat on top of the center panel. The panels can lay open completely flat but the side panels only rotate inward about 120 degrees. Returned the second one too and will buy another mirror elsewhere. Such a shame, it was otherwise a beautiful mirror. Frontgate customer service was helpful and responsive.
