Great look and feel
I bought these inserts (20x20) to go with the velvet covers with the same dimension. They look and feel great but did not fill out the covers as I was expecting. Wish they were a bit more compact.

I like the down and the way they are made but they could use a little more filling. They collapse a little to much but I like them more than inserts I have bought from other retailers

Run, don't walk, and upgrade your pillows!
I needed to replace my cheap lumbar support pillows which were falling apart. As my grandmother said, "you get what you pay for!". I upgraded to a pair of comfy high quality pillows from Frontgate, and bought 4 covers to go with them. My back thanks me!

Flat and Understuffed.
These pillows are very lightly stuffed and flat, offering no support or structure for the pillows. That said, unlike other brands, these don't have a bad smell.

Disappointing
Much flatter and with less body than I would expect from a Frontgate product. After just a week’s wear, it looks flat. Bought it to go with the faux fur pillow cover and it makes it look less luxurious.

Pillow insert runs small
These were nice inserts but too small. My pillow cover measured 20” square so that’s the size of the insert I ordered.
It was too small by about 4”. It wasn’t nearly as plush as I would have liked. Not what I expected from Frontgate.

Didn't stay puffy.
Very comfortable and well-made. Unfortunately, had to return as I was looking for pillow inserts for my couch that remained puffy even when placed behind someone's back.

Nice Pillow...BUT
I've these pillows for over a year and since the day I purchased them they have had an odor. A very foul order. I sprayed the inserts with Febreeze The pillows are only on the sofa during the winter months, a friend told me about the smell. I was so embarrassed! I immediately removed them from the sofa an placed them in a closet that is very seldom used. The next day, I opened the door to the closet and there was an awful awful smell. I was told to put baking soda on them and let it stay for 24 hrs That did not work. I don't expect you to accept the pillows in return I just need to let you know my situation. Nice shape pillow but they STINK!!!

Too Squishy and Terrible Odor!
I bought four of these inserts to go with pillow covers I ordered from Frontgate for my living room. When I took them out of the plastic they were shipped in, they smelled terrible, like goose poop! Yuck! They were also very squishy and not very supportive at all. Will be returning them, so disappointed!
