I don’t see a place on the order form to choose the initial that goes on top of the plaque

Once you select your color/style and select the size you can click the link that says "ADD FREE PERSONALIZATION", once you click it another box will come up to add your personalization. As long as you clicked the style monogram you will have a box to add a letter. If you select another style like the Fleur-de-Lis or Pineapple, you will not have the box to add a monogram letter.

Very quality piece
We were on the fence about this based on how much money we wanted to spend, but living in the harsh Florida climate we figured it was worth the investment. Thus far we are extremely pleased with the product. It is very impressive and seems to be made with quality. I absolutely love this plaque. I ordered the bronze which is a very deep rich brown. Also, I decided to buy the largest plaque because my house is a big Victorian type and I didn't want the letters to look out of scale. I went with just my house numbers in the largest size possible, hoping it would look alright. If you don't need the street name, trust me, the house numbers alone really stand out beautifully. So glad, I opted to spend a little more and go big. Beautiful product and workmanship.

I purchased this plaque several years ago and although I like the design the weather has not been kind to the finish and its' readability over the years. The paint has failed and today the plaque and its' lettering is obscured by green oxidation.

Regret to Buy Not Returnable
I am not satisfied with the finished appearance for this address plaque. Expect a different finished than what you see on the picture from the website. The color has more green than bronze finished looks. I would say my tarnished look is very appropriate for the Haunted Mansion address plaque. Beware the item is not returnable and refundable if you're not happy with it. Frontgate does not manufacture this item and the manufacturer only accepts return when the item is defective.
