Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! Our dog LOVES her floating bed! Very well made and feels like it will last a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got our float back from our German Shepherd We bought this because our German Shepherd had taken over our float. It took him a few times to get used to it but loves to float around and be in the middle of everything. I/he just wishes there was an extra large size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality dog float This is a quality float that will stand up to the wear and tear of a dog. The bright orange color is beautiful. Sadly my chocolate lab prefers to swim than float. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If hesitant on size - size up Our dogs LOVE these floats - I can not emphasize how great of a purchase these were! Our larger dog (Australian Shepherd) weighs 40lbs and fits perfectly on the large. Our smaller dog (Yorkie) weighs 14lbs and prefers the large over the small size we had purchased for him. He likes to stand rather than lay on them, and is a bit wobbly on the small sized. In the future I will most likely buy another large (rather than small or medium) for him since he is able to walk around on it in the water. Definitely supervise your dogs on these! With the exception of jumping on them from the side of the pool, neither of them can get on the floats without help but they love it once they’re on. Sidenote - we are both adults and use the large one from time to time to float on as well and it stays afloat quite well. We like to think of it as a floating bean bag

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It me, not you The raft wasn’t well received by my high brow, opinionated Golden Retrievers. Lilly wouldn’t even look at it and Dewey thought it to be more of something he could chew instead of floating on. So while it’s made well and will certainly be appreciated by better behaved pooches sadly we can not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pool float for a dog This is a great float. Different than any pool float I've seen and it is PERFECT for my German Shepherd. It's basically a big floating beanbag with a tough covering that won't be punctured by the claws of a large dog. Even as he held on for dear life when he got on for the first time, the product held up well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! Love this float for our little pup! It is fully waterproof, dries easily, and does not seem to tear even after constant chewing! We like to get it wet and let him lay on it to cool him off poolside and keeps him afloat when he goes into the pool with us! We have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far no complaints!

Is there a difference in the materials for this vs. the regular Kai floats?

Asked by: AlainaR
Yes. The dog float is made with what seems like a sturdier material and it also has what seems like a coating on it. The Kai floatie is softer to the touch. My 80 lb black lab has floated on them both and we haven't had any problems with punctures, etc.
