Dog Pool Float and Lounger is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 54.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from It me, not you The raft wasn’t well received by my high brow, opinionated Golden Retrievers. Lilly wouldn’t even look at it and Dewey thought it to be more of something he could chew instead of floating on. So while it’s made well and will certainly be appreciated by better behaved pooches sadly we can not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pool float for a dog This is a great float. Different than any pool float I've seen and it is PERFECT for my German Shepherd. It's basically a big floating beanbag with a tough covering that won't be punctured by the claws of a large dog. Even as he held on for dear life when he got on for the first time, the product held up well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! Love this float for our little pup! It is fully waterproof, dries easily, and does not seem to tear even after constant chewing! We like to get it wet and let him lay on it to cool him off poolside and keeps him afloat when he goes into the pool with us! We have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far no complaints!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great floaty for doggo-I now get mine back My golden is 48 lbs and the large is plenty big enough for her to float on. It’s fairly easy coaxing her on it from the first step. It’s full enough to hold her but also has some give so I can level it out once she’s on it. She’ll fall asleep in it while I push her around. The surface is coated so it doesn’t seem to get really hot. Glad I can now float without competing for my floaty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Same great quality I bought a medium yellow one for my new dog after having bought two large ones for my last dog. The yellow is a beautiful, sunny color and looks great next to my blue cushions. My dog loves it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My dogs love this float! After reading other reviews, I ordered a large because my largest dog is 85 lbs. When I took it out of the box, I thought there might not be enough filling, but I was wrong! I am including a picture of BOTH my dogs (total weight = 145 lbs) on the float together. They spent a couple of hours playing - jumping onto and climbing onto the float (and pushing each other off; they are wild in the pool!) and I didn't see any damage, so I think it will last a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great float! This is the SIXTH pool season we’ve used our float. My two Shih Tzus share the medium float and love it. It is flat when I take it out of the deck box but once it soaks in the pool for a few minutes it plumps right up. I’m sure it will last many more seasons. I’m only ordering a new one to allow a friend of mine to have my old one to see if his new puppy will enjoy it as much as we have.

Hello,  My dog is 14.5 pounds and I am not sure what size would best fit her.  I feel that she could fit on a small one but also feel that it would not give her much area to move about?

Asked by: aericksen
Thank you for your interest in the Dog Pool Float and Lounger. We recommend the Small size for dogs up to 20 lbs., medium for dogs up to 50 lbs., and large for dogs up to 80 lbs.

Is this inflatable?

Do you have to inflate these? My dog bites at them when she is trying to get on them and are dogs able to pull themselves up?
Asked by: Gingerbandit
Thank you for your interest in the Dog Pool Float and Lounger. This item is not inflatable; it is filled with nonporous foam beads. The fabric is puncture-resistant. Depending on your dog, he may or may not be able to pull himself up on this item; we recommend placing it near the edge of your pool to help your pet get onto it.

What is the difference between the Dog Pool Float and Lounger and the Aqua Pup Pool Float?

Other than shape and color - are there specific differences that would drive a buyer to purchase one over the other?
Asked by: GlassLover
I like the lounger because it molds to your pets lounging position. They can move around and get comfy and change positions when they are lounging for long periods of time. It also allows for water to penetrate throw it so they keep cool while on it.

Is there a difference in the materials for this vs. the regular Kai floats?

Asked by: AlainaR
Yes. The dog float is made with what seems like a sturdier material and it also has what seems like a coating on it. The Kai floatie is softer to the touch. My 80 lb black lab has floated on them both and we haven't had any problems with punctures, etc.

Hi, I purchased two of those in different sizes and the description says they won’t mildew. Both of mine seem to have mildew on them. An ideas how to clean that off?
