Waterlogged
I bought this bench cushion, along with four chase cushions, and one chair cushion and they were all waterlogged after the first rain. I had to stand them in the ends to dry and it took days. Every time it rains, same issue. Tried to find big enough boxes to get them back to Frontgate because, surprise, they don’t accept returns at the store. Terrible customer service on top of outdoor cushions that hold water.

So disappointed
I finally bit the bullet, and spent almost $1,500 on Sunbrella outdoor bench cushions for our deck. I was excited by the fact that the fabric is waterproof. Well, it IS waterproof, except for the panel that runs along the zipper. And even though there is a flap over this, if it rains hard, water still gets in. And then it can't get out - the cushion covers are just filled with water, and the only way to get the water out is to take the cover off, which is not easy. Ugh. So sad.
