Really Very Nice!
I bought this as replacement cushions for an older wrought iron set. They fit beautifully and seem well made. The color is true and hopefully will stand up to our sunny deck. Unfortunately our weather has been so bad of late we have not been able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.

Disappointing
Disappointed in the quality.
No ties at the top of the back cushion, so it constantly falls down.
Back cushion is very neat.
Seat cushion, not so much.
Piping is about an inch over the corners of the cushion.
Sides are rippled.

Sunbrella Fabric is barely water resistant
I purchased these cushions and was very disappointed in the quality. The fabric, even just from the morning dew, took hours to dry. These cushions are not meant to be out in the rain at all. If used outdoors, they can only be used in a covered area. The sides of the cushions have now all puckered. I wish the Frontage website did a better job on the description of the different fabrics and their use.

I bought the chaise cover, two chair covers and two pillows covers this past month and am delighted with all of them. The detail work on each item is excellent, and if only the rain would end, I could enjoy all of them very much. And, thank you for the prompt delivery which was exactly as promised.

Variety of fabric selections and colors are great!
Fabric is great. Like everything about the cushions. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is there are no tie downs. The wind blows and the top portion has folded over. I won’t be surprised one day to come home and find them in the pool.

Very disappointed
Bought this and 8 other cushions about three weeks ago. Four of these were to replace cushions that I purchased from Frontgate about ten years ago and we needed a color update.
However, the "sand" color that was in the catalog was much darker than the color cushions that were delivered.
The greater problem is that all these cushions retain water for days instead of hours like the old ones.
Obviously, the quality is very different from what I previously purchased.
Just very disappointed and would not recommend these cushions.

Worth the extra $$
This was my first Frontgate order. I read all the reviews and decided not to scrimp on the thinner options. Order arrived super fast and was exactly as promised. They're expensive but we're very happy with the quality and how it looks.

I purchased some chaise loungers from another company and the cushions that came with it were so flat and uncomfortable. I changed all my cushions out and couldn't be happier. The double piped chaise cushion is thick and comfortable and easily wipes off if it gets dirty. Definitely worth the price.

Here's to another nine years.
Our two chaise cushion purchases were replacements for the original ones that we bought from Frontgate in 2008. The heat, humidity and salt air of Hilton Head, South Carolina had very little effect year-to-year on our patio furniture from Frontgate. This was amazing to me since the only shelter provided for them was during the occasional hurricane watch. There was very minimal fading after nine years in the sun. That's why we returned to Frontgate for the new set. Thanks for the great Sunbrella product. Rod

Avoid this product - cheaply made
These sunbrella rain cushions look cheaply made. They are very costly and are sewn so each cushion always appears wrinkled. Looks very messy as if they were inexpensive. I have all the same cushions on my seating area and they are just as bad.

Happy with Custom Sunbrella Rain Cushions
I purchased 2 of the Double-Piped Outdoor Chaise Cushions in Custom Sunbrella "Rain" to replace older Frontgate cushions. We live in Florida and between the sun and the rain, the outdoor cushions take a beating. We were constantly moving them under cover every time it rained. We treated the new cushions with the recommended SmartShield Protectant Spray, and so far so good.

Made a huge difference
We purchased this as a replacement to the worn out cushions we had. They shipped super fast and were high quality. The cushion was nice and firm and looks well made. Since this is the first season I can't speak for the durability. We picked a fun color so it really spruced up our patio area. So far so good!

Frontgate's designers introduce you to the best.
Our home is located on acreage, with a lovely pool that is surrounded by Boxwood and gardens. My previous Sunbrella cushion's and umbrella's were in black. When I saw Frontgate's catalogue "Rapsody in Blue" I was so taken with your designer's use of Sunbrella's "Air Blue". The color is magnificient, stunning with the aqua of the pool, the blue and white striped umbrella's add a festive touch while still retaining a bit of sophisciation. I can not think of a better color-as in the past with all the flower gardens, I used black as not to compete. Everytime My husband and I look at the patio and pool area we are just overjoyed. Your world class designers did a fine job with this.

Lovely but lacks enough qaulity tie downs
No doubt the fabric was lovely and not cookie-cutter. The beefy-ness of the box edged cushions is great as are hidden zippers. Quality throughout EXCEPT there are only two simple tie-downs. I would have expected more for the price. The cushions I'm replacing had nice velcro-fasteners on both sides at the top and bottom of both cushions. The Frontgate cushions only have ties and only in the center where the cushions meet. We are in a windy area I can just see the top flapping forward or the bottom lifting up with the first wind. Somehow I have to figure out a way to add a fastener that I can hand sew on because I don't want to haul these cushions in and out depending on the wind/weather.

Too Little Follow Up
The first delivery of these lounge chair pads contained a cushion that was already split and the stuffing was hanging out. The fact that it was packed with this very obvious defect needs to looked into on the Frontgate side.
When called about returning the item, we were told that they would email a return UPS label, but that was not done. Second call resulted in, 'we will follow up and get you a UPS label and put the new/replacement cushion order on a rush delivery. Neither of those things ever happened. We ended up returning the damaged cushion to the store ourselves.
The new cushion was delivered yesterday (5-1-15). This was nearly 6 weeks after the rush delivery was initiated.
Very poor follow up. Broken promises. No apologies.

How is "rain" sunbrella different from the other fabrics available for replacement cushions? Arent they all sunbrella?

I was planning on ordering several of these cushions but am concerned that several reviewers state that they take a long time to dry. Do you know if perhaps they did not purchase the Sunbrella version of the cushions. Thoughts?
Thank you for your interst in the Double-Piped Outdoor Chaise Cushion. These cushions are water resistant and should dry with sun light if they get wet. However, if the cushions get water logged from being left in the rain you will want to unzip the cushion and stand them zipper edge down to drain. You will also want to leave them in the sun to dry. We do recommend storing your cushions when during wet weather.
