Great Fountain! Not a great Delivery experience!
The Dragonfly Fountain is lovely in our newly-landscaped, exterior Entryway. We love it and our friends and family have remarked about its beauty.
However, the delivery process was not what we expected. Only one delivery person arrived to deliver the over 450 lb. fountain (someone was supposed to show up and assist). Gratefully, we had 3 landscape crewmen onsite who graciously assisted the lone delivery person to get the fountain to its permanent location. While we realize Frontgate and the Delivery Service are not under the same ownership, better two-way communication between Frontgate and its delivery partners could avoid a repeat of this situation. The fountain is so heavy, it even taxed the four men who were assisting in its placement!
