Do they mildew easily if left outside for the season?

Can someone comment on how far it sinks under water when using it in water?  Reason I ask is that we have a sun deck area in our pool that is about 6” of water deep. Looking to use this lounge there without it floating away.

I can even turn it upside down for a different feel ’, like when I’m on my stomach. Holds up amazingly well in our Arizona summer! Just don’t store it in a corner of a yard- too many critters.
