Rated 3 out of 5 by Fran60 from Best for Indoor use only. A truly exquisite door mat, one I delayed buying for several years. I finally relented and bought it for Christmas, 2019. At first I was pleased with my decision. However, after a week of rainy weather, problems became clear. It retains moisture, is susceptible to mildew/mold on the fabric underside and, lovely though it may be, is an annoyance at my doorway as family and guests leave wet footprints all over my entry floor. Since my outer entry doorway is not covered, there is no way to eliminate the issue. Sadly, I must replace the mat next season.

Do not have the option to select "Parchment" monogram color or "script" for font style. Also not able to utilize the 20% discount promised when I agreed to join your email list. How to resolve?
