How do you clean the Fleur de Lis Wool Runner and what should i place under the rug to prevent rug sliding

I vacuum the rug with the beater bar turned off on my vacuum or I take it outside and shake it. I also spot clean it with a damp microfiber cloth as needed. It's easy to care for. I put a liner under the rug to hold it in place on our hardwood floor.

Loved this rug when I first bought it
I bought this rug for my San Diego condo and loved it so much I bought another one for for Wisconsin home. Right out of the box I had to snip fray yarns but I loved the look of the rug. Now both rugs continues to fray unconnected yarns and they always look old and worn, now even as I cut the fray yarns. They are very comfortable to stand on however I am very disappointed that Frongate would sell such a poor quality product
I would not purchase these again

Rug color - Do Not Match
I bought this rug in a 13 x 10 and a 6 ft runner in the gold/ivory . The carpets arrived and were perfect. I then ordered other sizes 3 times and the dye lot do not match !!!
There is no gold in the carpets I ordered. They are light brown. I am very disappointed because I loved the gold/ivory, much brighter than the rugs I ordered to match .

Disappointment
This product was a disappointment. The first one I received was damaged. It looked like the manufacturer forgot to actually "finish" the edges. So I ordered a replacement. Another disaster. The second rug was unraveling right out of the box. Clearly the manufacturer is not inspecting the rugs before they leave the distribution center. What a shame because the rug looked perfect in my entranceway.
