Durability
Hi, is this a stain resistant, easy care rug? I'm looking for an attractive foyer rug that will also help with the every day dirt and challenges the dog and family can bring in with them. Thanks.
No it is not stain resistant - it is definitely not for foyer area ... difficult to clean because the vacuum pulls the loops out - so u have to be very careful with the brush of vacuum

1. Is the Size 7'9" x 9'9" equivalent to 8*10 size rug?
2. I plan to put this on hardwood floor. Which pad do you recommend me for this rug?

We appreciate your interest in this item. For the 7'9" x 9'9" rug, we would recommend the 8'x10' rug pad. The rug pads can be cut down to fit underneath the rug and this size pad would require minimal adjustments. For use on a hardwood floor, we would recommend either of the rug pads featured -the Reversible Nonslip Area Rug Grip (item 39431) or the Cush-n-Hold Area Rug Grip (item 12238).

i have purchased your Fleur de Lis wool rug in the Ivory / Brown color. I would like to get another in the 1'8" by 2' 6" in the same color. Notice just in round sizes, is this color combination discontinued. Have been checking for a couple months.

I purchased 2 of these rugs and placed them at the entry from the yard. They are handling all of the dirt and traffic well. Besides that, they look great too!

Great Rugs
I purchased two Fleur deLis wool rugs for my new home. They looked so good that I purchased two more. I use them as runners behind my couch and in front of my french doors to protect wood floors. They are of great quality and shipping was faster than expected. I would recommend these wool rugs for anyone.

Nice but returned
These rugs are a more vibrant light blue than what is shown on the Internet. They are nice but the loop of the weave was a little too much texture for me. I wanted a thicker rug also. Lastly, unfortunately, they smelled of chemical even though I let them air outside for a few days. I didn't want the chemical smell inside my home for heath concerns. They were returned.

Looks better on the web
I loved the rug on the picture ! But when I received one , I was disappointed: the color of the swirls was not golden as described and depicted on the picture . The color was dark brown - totally the opposite what I needed .. quality ??? Looks good now ,but because of the " loop" nature of the rug , the rugs start looking old after few vacum cleaner runs : the brush of vacuum cleaner pulls the loops out ... so how else do u clean the rug?? Disappointing!

Gold Very Different Color than Internet Picture
The Ivory Gold rug pictures on the Internet were exactly what I wanted and I reviewed them closely but the two rugs I received looked totally different. Customer Service was very helpful when I called the first time and thought the wrong rug had been shipped. When I received the second rug, the rug looked exactly the same. This rug has a totally different color scheme and combination with two tones of gold woven throughout and rust on the fleur de lis. SO disappointed!

Frontgate seems to not support returns
Tried to return these 3 hours after ordering was told the order was stopped. Rugs arrived. Have spend two weeks trying to return them with no assist.
