When we unpacked it, I was disheartened!
When we unpacked it, I was disheartened! The table leg was cracked and three out of the four chairs were not good, marred or stained. However, when I called the customer service line, they were amazing! I had my pics ready to send to them; however, they said they didn't need them and made arrangements to replace the problem items. Within a few days, I had a new set that was flawless! I love the table and chairs and used them for our Easter brunch today. My guests liked them too . . . more than my old card table and chairs that were wobbly and uncomfortable! Way to go, Frontgate . . . that's why I love you and your products!
