Not just your ordinary hose reel!
I finally decided to buy this hose reel even though it pained me to pay this much for it. But it is worth every dime spent. It is sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and the crank handle turns so smoothly and easily. Another great product from Frontgate!

Wrap it up!

Exactly what we wanted.

Bought a Medallion hose reel couple years ago. The 12pm rubber leader hose with 90 degree input connector broke. How do I get a replacement?

I need to replace the 90 degree swivel elbow that goes from the water source to the hose reel. Where can I get one?

Looks like I am not the only one that has problems with the hose reel. My hose connector broke off. I called Front Gate No help. They do not carry parts. STILL LOOKING.
Are there parts for these reels? I have two.
How difficult is this to assemble? Can a old grannie do this?
