Can these towels be washed in hot water? You recommend washing in cold water but what’s the downside to washing in hot water?

Amazing Towel
This is just a fabulous towel. It's soft, thick, and absorbent! It is pricey but I'm super happy with the quality. I'd love to get a couple more.

Soft and vibrant
These are very soft, vibrant towels. They are the thickest towels that I have ever had, they are quite weighty. They wash well, though they need some extra time in the dryer due to their thickness. They add a touch of pampering to the daily routine.

The front gate resort towels really are everything the reviews say they will be. They are soft, durable, and thick, but not so much that they don’t dry. We were ready for an upgrade and are loving ours.

Very thick and soft
The bath towels are really plush, maybe the thickest towels I've ever purchased, and the color is perfect...exactly as pictured. For me, the only downside is they're so thick that they don't completely dry out by the next day. Our towel bars are traditional, not heated, and, if we want to use the same towels again, they're still rather damp.
