Does this snag easily? Also, is this a true white? I have an older version of this & have been waiting years for you to bring it back…(it is a true white & it is a tight weave & has never snagged) so hoping this is like
Regarding the shams; Is the back matelasse as well as the front? I don't want to discover it's a different fabric. Sometimes companies do that.

Very nice weight and feel
This is a really nice bedspread. The weight is perfect for my needs in a very temperate climate (San Diego). And it has a wonderful soft feel. I’d just like to see more color availability.

Great Layer!
I have a similar blanket from Frontgate that is longer available. My parents stayed at my home to dog sit and my mother loved it because it “stays in place” while you sleep. I found this one for her which is virtually the same - just a differnt pattern. She usually has to buy blankets in king size although her bed is a queen because it is a very deep mattress. I didn’t realize that and bought a queen. It fits perfectly, great quality, and she loved that it is made in Portugal where her grandmother was from.
