great outdoor dining set
this is a great outdoor set especially for the price! I wanted something somewhat modern that seats 8. I already had Balenciaga chaises in bronze and wanted to coordinate without doing something heavy like iron. This is perfect! The price was reasonable, free shipping, and very quick delivery right to my backyard.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Newport dining set!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new dining set. It matches the pool chairs I got last summer and have help up beautifully in the hot Texas sun. They are easy to spray down and stay white!! So comfortable as well. Front Gate products are so well made...I will always trust them for my out door furniture.

love at first sighting
love this newport dinning table set. bought it in the "champagne color". clean lines, elegant style. very comfy chairs which stack!!!
love looking at the set on the deck through the kitchen window.
table is heavy though when putting together and you have to be careful not to scratch or bang it.

Beautiful collection!!
Every piece of this New Port collection is beautifully laser executed, wonderfully lightweight, the chairs are stackable!, the colors gorgeous, the mesh extremely!! comfortable and the no need of pillows (only optional for decor) is a major advantage.
We are truly happy for choosing the entire collection with dining 7pc and 5pc and chaises in champagne/white. We also have a nook around the house between two trees where we added two chairs and two side tables.
Frontgate is well known for its impeccable quality! Have you tried it's towels?.....soft as a cloud.....

table has a nice clean look. It's heavy. big enough for the six chairs and in theory could probably fit 8 people in a pinch. the chairs are very upright - not loungy but good for dinning. my table arrived with a corner badly dented but they are sending a replacement

Nice color and comfortable chairs
Purchased this set for our long narrow deck.Nice color and comfortable chairs. I had to wait several months for this set. I thought I had purchased delivery that included assembly but delivery company unpacked it and said we had to assemble the table. Fortunately very easy to assemble but you probably need two people.
The chairs are quite comfortable and actually exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the table is very high and even though the chairs are standard dining height, you feel like you need at least another inch or two of height with the chairs to dine comfortably.
Also, the table top is not packed well and ours arrived dented in the corner. Overall satisfied with the purchase but for this high price better packing and more coordinating pieces would be good.

Newport Dining Chairs
Nicely constructed, quality chair, but a little narrow. Also, don't ever pay full price. They run specials all the time, including free shipping. Even if you order one day and they go on sale or offer free shipping or BOTH the next, they won't give you the sale price or free shipping. So buyer beware, be patient and wait...

Very nice but arrived damaged
Very nice but waited a long time for it and it finally arrived, but damaged. Frontgate is sending me another table, but won't expedite shipping or do anything else to offset the hassles, lost rental income, etc. However the product itself is lovely, very sturdy and nice clean lines. I don't think the chairs stack, which is too bad, but otherwise it's very good.

Design flaws made this a disappointing purchase
We are long-time FG customers and this is the only purchase that was ever a disappointment. And a big one at that. First the positives: the chairs are super comfy and the entire set is lovely to look at. The BIG downside are the design flaws. The outer edge is higher than the rest of the table so plates tilt when dining. And several guests’ drinks have spilled as you can’t see the unevenness at a glance. Embarrassing!!! It also has an odd undercarriage that catches and holds water. We have to blow it out with our leave blower or the water stagnates. We would recommend strongly against this product.

No Coordination between FG and delivery service
We like the table very much but it took 4 trips by the delivery service to finally receive an undamaged table and 6 chairs. Frontgate representatives acted very professionally but the results of our repeated discussions were disastrous.
