How do I clean this rug?
Thank you for your interest in the Gaia Easy Care Rug. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into roots of the fibers. Brushless attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Turn carpet around occasionally to equalize wear. Remove spills immediately; blot with clean cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard-to-remove stains professional rug cleaning is recommended.

Warm, rich, colors and textures.
I was pleasantly surprised as to just how nice the rug turned out. Purchasing on-line from a picture can be difficult (not appreciating just how rich the colors and textures turned out to be). However, when it arrive, I was very pleased at how nice the rug is.

Beautiful Rug
This rug is exactly what I was looking for. It has a modern vintage vibe that works well with my traditional decor. I love the pop of color that this rug adds to my room. I purchased the rose color and it is definitely rose--a bit on the pink side but compliments the other colors beautifly. The rug is super soft underfoot and I've already gotten several compliments on it. This is the first rug I have purchased from Frontgate and I am very happy with my experience.

Beautiful, fresh new look
This lovely rug has given our entry a fresh new look. Out with the old dark blue rug and in with the muted tones of this colorful rug. There’s plenty of detail, yet it’s not overwhelming. This is a high traffic area frequently trampled by children and 5 dogs. The low pile is easy to vacuum and doesn’t trap dirt. My husband especially loves the soft feel on his bare feet. There has been absolutely no shedding.

I bought the Gaia rug a month or so ago. I am so very happy that I did! The colors are soft, a little more muted than in the picture. There are different gradations of each color, which allows for many options in choosing accessories. Everyone who has been to our house has admired it.

Extremely light colors/doesn't match antique decor
I purchased the grey, and was quite disappointed at how light the colors actually are... I would barely call it a light grey and it's certainly nowhere near as dark as portrayed on the website. Re: the style: one reviewer called it modern vintage and I would agree... it will probably be lovely for those who like a more contemporary 'old' look, but it definitely does not fit well with my antique furnishings. My other disappointment is in the thinness; I own several other reproduction traditional Turkish rugs, and they're all considerably thicker. On a positive note, it is exceptionally soft and is not shedding at all. I imagine most will enjoy this rug, but I felt obliged to leave this review for those who do not want a super light color or have a truly antique style (vs 'modern vintage').

I bought these rug a few months ago and was disappointed concerning the colors. I sent it back only to find the same problem . My issue was with the distribution of the colors. One end the colors were very vibrant and evenly spread out; however the other end of the carpet was very faint and dull, they didn't blend as well. After having to go through all the trouble of returning again I just let it go. I just arranged the carpet so it wasn't so obvious . I would only recommend if the above comments don't bother you.

Do NOT purchase!
Deeply disappointed in the quality of this rug. The colors are nice but the rug is so thin, it's like walking on the floor. I'm willing to pay more for Frontgate items because I don't usually have to worry about quality but I won't buy rugs here again.
