Is it a navy or black border? It looks black but says Navy. The inverse pattern is black & ivory.

Colors are perfect.
Love love love this rug. It goes perfectly in our kitchen. We have espresso colored cabinets and cream tile flooring. Very happy with our purchase. I do suggest getting the rubber mat to go under it. It does move around without it. We also bought this one for our front door entrance. Colors are perfect.

Great look and wear!
I have a Gentry rug at my front and back door. They look good and wear well. The one at my front door is nearly 10 years old. Just replaced the back door (it gets more traffic).

Beautiful rug
I purchased the 2'6" x 8' runner for use in my kitchen between the sink and island. The quality of the materials and finishing are excellent. The weave is tight and colors as represented. The pile height is perfect - it's not too high to be a tripping hazard in this high-traffic area but not at all flat. Well-priced. Arrived in a 4 days.

Great purchase!
I purchased the runner and it has worn well and does not show stains. Suggest you purchase a mat. It is an attractive addition to the room with my other orientals and I am grateful it can be cleaned easily since it is between my kitchen island with cooktop and the kitchen sink!

Pretty, soft, great runner for my kitchen
I bought this runner for my kitchen, and it is very pretty. Looks as pictured. Is spongy and soft under foot. I had a similar Safavieh rug from Frontage for 3 years and it resisted LOTS of stains and lasted a long time! Great quality for high traffic area.

Sturdy and lovely
We loved this rug so much that we have bought 2 of them. We had the first one in our foyer and it held up to a lot of dirty human and dog prints from the outdoors. When I had it professionally cleaned, the cleaner commented that this was a really good rug! We were so impressed that we bought a second. It just looks great and holds up well.

Nice rug
This is a nice quality rug. We are using our runner in the kitchen. We've only had one spill on it so far, but it cleaned up nicely with a sponge and water. The colors are a little brighter (not muted) than I had hoped for, but it adds a little color to the the area.

Very Nice rugs
I bought the runner and the 6 x 9 rugs in black and ivory for my newly renovated kitchen. They look great and I hope they last a very long time.
I had some shipping issues (was told the rugs would not ship until March 2014 - 8 months later!) I could not wait that long. No sooner did I try and cancel the order and the rugs were on my doorstep. Very strange.
Nonetheless I am very glad I have them. They look very handmade and I like that.

Gentry rugs
I love the colors in these rugs, they are perfect in my kitchen. they were actually replacements for the same rugs which I purchased about six yrs.ago. However I am disappointed in the quality this time. I understand why they were less expensive than the last time....no non skid backing and the weave is much looser. Hopefully this will make them easier to clean. I loved the fact that you can take them outside and clean them. But just hosing them off does not work.The light colors definitely need rug cleaner which takes some work.....I wouldn't call them "easy care"

I purchased two of the gentry hand hooked rugs (a runner and an entrance area rug) for our foyer. the quality if very good and the colors/design are attractive. The price point was good and the sale price pushed me to replace the old rugs with these

Not Frontgate standards, given the price
Nice rug appearance wise. Seems well made when it first arrives, but after just a few months, has many pulls in it and is not wearing well. Would expect such from a rug purchased from a big box store, but not a $500+ rug from Frontgate.

Sub Par Quality
They look so luxurious in the picture. I ordered 4 different sizes for my kitchen. After opening the first and smallest, I am not sure about keeping them. The backing is very flimsy and doubt they will hold up well to heavy traffic.

Fraying After First Vacuum
This rug is very low quality weave and the edges began fraying after the first vacuum. I purchased a whole set of various sizes (2x8 runner, 4x6 area, and a smaller one) to use in my kitchen and breakfast area, and within 2 months all of them look like they are years old and need to be replaced. And there are only 2 of us that live here.

Nice design but very poor workmanship
I was so excited when I purchased this product. In fact I liked the design so much I bought two at the same time, one rug and one runner. The runner came out nice as expected but not the rug. The edges of the rug were irregular, so disappointing.

The rugs snag easily (looping pulls out) and the pattern was not uniform/straight. Durability wise they are great and the colors matched (I have 2 rugs right next to one another and the die lots were fine). Had to return the runner due to poor quality and the second runner arrived very quickly.

Disappointing purchase
While the rug is very attractive and does hide / repel dirt, the loops catch on everything. Several have pulled and have had to be trimmed off. Would not buy this again or suggest it for an active home.

Not worth the money
Workmanship is way below Frontgate quality. Edges appear to be already worn and stitching is erratic. Paid almost $100 for an item that will probably only last a short time. Surprised Frontgate would sell this product.
