Gorgeous Knife
WOW - VERY impressed with the quality of this knife as well as the unique blade. It cuts brisket PERFECTLY and my husband (the King of Briskets!) loved it! A beautiful inlaid wood handle makes it incredibly handsome. Longer than I realized! It'd been nice to have a sheath to cover it but I will keep it protected in the box or make one - make sure you have a long drawer or a special place to store it. Beautiful piece of engineering that any one can love but if you're looking for that unique gift for YOUR King of Briskets, this will surely impress.
