Generally Not Picky from
Think Twice Before Purchasing
I was very disappointed when I received this rug. It was not the color depicted in the pictures in a catalogue and online. Moreover, for a fairly expensive rug (over $3,000), the knot density looked like a kitchen rug (the kind you buy for $100), not a fine rug with tight knots and dense pile. It also was a royal pain to return due to its size and weight. I have learned not to buy rugs online again.

Issues with knotting
The Hastings Hand Knotted Rug (8x10 in Grey) was delivered timely, packaged well & as advertised. Unfortunately, after approximately 6 months of use, we have become exceedingly disappointed.
The ends of the knotting repeatedly “pop up” randomly & have to be pulled back through with a crochet hook (we gently vacuum without a beater bar, have no pets, & the rug is in a minimal traffic area).
Both my spouse & I have been loyal “satisfied” Frontgate customers for over 20 years & this is the first item we have ever been completely disappointed in a from Frontage; we cannot recommend the Hastings Hand Knotted Rug 8x10 Grey.
