Can tray be chilled in freezer?
It's a thin stainless steel sheet pan so it probably can withstand some time in the freezer but I would be concerned about warping any metal sheet pan going from freezer to a hot oven or vice versa. It is not designed to be a commercial strength sheet pan.

Love this product but how to clean properly?
We purchased this tray and love it - except that it seems hard to clean and rid of fingerprints. Last night we served cold cocktail shrimp on it and washed immediately with mild soap - however there are marks on the surface of the tray that aren't going away. Any suggestions? Also, is there any product you recommend for ridding these of pesty fingerprints? Rubbing them out takes FOREVER and doesn't completely get rid of them. Love this tray and would love to purchase more in this line, but we won't unless we can figure out easier care that actually works. Thanks!
I too clean my stainless steel with warm mild soap and water. If pesky finger prints are still there (such as on my tea kettle) I take my bamboo/cotton dish towel or to my trays the type you use to clean glass (sorry I can't think of what this fiber is called!) and rub the heck out of those marks. Be aware, that the beauty of stainless is in the scratch marks from fork and knife lines you will add to it from years of use. If you find this bothersome, stainless steel may not be for you.

Works as advertised!
I have already used it as a fruit charcuterie board. Plans next are to use to keep a smoked tri tip warm through dinner. Great size, solid construction, beautiful to look at!

Best cold tray
We’ve only used it once but love it. Kept shrimp cold for hours. Tray size is fantastic, very large. Can’t wait to try it for a hot plate. I thought it was expensive but not anymore for the size, weight and what it does.

The serving area of the tray is really substantial, and deep enough to keep everything in it's place. Big enough to serve a number of different items on one tray for a lot of people. It's really heavy duty stainless steel, just love it. Thank you Frontgate!

A family affair
I recently purchased this platter and a chiller bowl to give to a friend to enjoy with her expanding family. A recent wedding welcomed several new little ones into the mix and they will be living a few towns away. These items will allow for safe and elegant food transport from Grandma’s house to the new home of her Son and his family. I’ve been thoroughly pleased with my trays and have used them countless times around the pool,for buffets or to take to other’s homes.
