I think this item is so beautiful,
I previously reviewed item as "look 10 quality 1" that was the 3rd armoire. 2 more came to the house damage, then at #6 its good! I suggested that they deliver it flat and I noticed they pulled it off truck flat! Amazing it worked. I also did not receive compensation other than not paying dime more for any other deliverys. But I was grateful they kept trying to make it right.

Always drawn back to Frontgate for style, quality.
I am waiting for arrival of Isadora armoire.
Have purchased many beautiful items from Frontgate. Vanity, console and accessories.
I look on line for decorating items and I am always drawn back to Frontgate for style and quality.

Isadora Armoire “Inferior Product and Services”
We’re awaiting for our third delivery. Each piece had extreme damaged doors. This last piece has a broken draw and the two doors are misaligned and warped The org order was placed on Jan 2023 and it’s now out to Sept 2023. There’s been no offer from Frontgate to expedite our order. The funds for our order has been PAID in full and we’re neither receiving any compensation for continuing to wait for the unit nor proving a better delivery.
Every replacement is issued a new order, therefore placing us at the end of the line.

Looks #10 Quality 1
I just received the 4th delivery of this Armoire all have been damaged. The 1st one the front door from outside was caved in. All other have damaged frame on inside where the hinges attached to frame & door. (See photo) this was the least cracked one I have seen. Frontgate has been very gracious and trying to replace item and the customer service is outstanding. I wish I did not love this so much and I could give up. but it just perfect for the space I want it for. So, I'm waiting for #5 to come off back order. I wish they offered a door replacement; a furniture medic was not offered in my area and 10% would not cover the cost if I had someone come out to fix it in home.
