Soft and sophisticated

Really Nice But Not True to Size
I love a lot of things about this rug, very nice quality, thick, and plush. I got the beige and find it’s a lovely warm gray. However, it was not 9x12 and instead 8’5”x12’3/4”. The size ended up working for my space, but definitely disappointing since I expected a 9’x12”.

White Glove Delivery is a Joke
Unfortunately, I don't know what the rug really looks like. Although I paid for White Glove delivery, the delivery service was not told, so the rug remains in my bedroom, rolled up in its original wrapping. I'm a senior with a heart condition so I can't spread it out (I was lucky to even get it out of my foyer), so I have no idea what it looks like. I'll not be ordering from Frontgate again, since they made NO attempt to help me in the slightest way.

Waste of time and money
The shipping timeline was unexpectedly delayed, so I waited two months to receive this rug. When it arrived, I noticed a tag on it with the manufacturer and item number. I had expected it to be a Frontgate-branded product, so was surprised and entered the information into a search engine. I was dismayed to find a number of listings from major retailers selling that item number for a small fraction of the price I paid and am now dealing with the hassle and logistics of a return. If the item listing had included these highly pertinent details I would never have made the purchase. The rug itself is fine but the experience has completely changed my opinion of Frontgate.
