Waste of time and money
The shipping timeline was unexpectedly delayed, so I waited two months to receive this rug. When it arrived, I noticed a tag on it with the manufacturer and item number. I had expected it to be a Frontgate-branded product, so was surprised and entered the information into a search engine. I was dismayed to find a number of listings from major retailers selling that item number for a small fraction of the price I paid and am now dealing with the hassle and logistics of a return. If the item listing had included these highly pertinent details I would never have made the purchase. The rug itself is fine but the experience has completely changed my opinion of Frontgate.
