Wonderful bistro table
We bought this table for our lanai in Florida
Couldn’t be happier with the looks, quality and fantastic simple style. Extremely sturdy and well designed.
Just what we were looking for

Beautiful, BUT....
The table is absolutely beautiful. The marble is very interesting with whites and grays. I was so pleased! The BUT is...the marble has not been sealed. I can't believe this condition exists in a piece of outdoor furniture or actually an indoor one too. There is no mention of this in the catalog. So...I would certainly recommend the table, but find the description of it very incomplete. It could be ruined in one use. Just spill a little red wine and it's history. It is beautiful tho...

Sturdy Table
Recently received this table and have not yet had the chance to use it -- still waiting for the chairs. However, it seems very sturdy and well-made. Because the base is so heavy, I don't believe it will tip easily even though it looks a bit top-heavy. The table top is beautiful and should last a long time.

A Beautiful Bistro Table
The table arrived in a large box (bottom) and a wooden crate (marble top), which you will need to break down and dispose of. Fortunately the marble table top arrived in one piece and was easy to assemble. Then, I noticed a large stain on the marble (blackish, and covering about 1/3 of the table top). At first, it didn't come off using water and a soft cloth; then I tried marble cleaner -- still did not come off. It almost seemed like it was a bit sticky, maybe some leftover pumice or something used to polish the table; I'm just not sure what it was. After about 3 days of thinking about what to do, I tried again with a micro cloth and some warm water, and just started scrubbing a very small area with a lot of force and I could see it was coming off! After working on the table for over an hour, it all came off. And looking at the microclwth, what was coming off was a light blue in color, so I am not sure what it was, but ultimately, the table is beautiful. Now just waiting for another 3 months for the chairs!

Great looking table, used in kitchen.
The table arrived packed in a wooden crate! I was very impressed. We are using the table as a bistro table in the kitchen and it looks great there. Excellent quality, very happy with the purchase. Be sure to line up the screw holes carefully before screwing them in. Due to the size of the base (I think), the table can be a little wobbly.

Beautiful Table
The table is beautiful and we love it. Wish the delivery was white glove, which it was not. The brought it in an unpacked, but up to you to put together. Same with a 300# Umbrella we just got and is sitting out back.

Looks nice
I bought the table along with the two bistro chairs and was told there would be a delay because of back orders. The chairs came pretty quickly and the table came sooner than expected. Unfortunately, the marble table top was cracked. Customer service was very good about it and ordered another for me that also came sooner than expected because the back order was continuing. The second table top was in good shape, likely because it appears as though they Beefed up the packaging.

Perfect addition to our patio
This table is the perfect size for our back patio. It was packed with great care. The marble top was in a wood crate and the metal base was in a separate box. Assembly was super easy attaching the base to the top. The only negative is the tabletop is a bit wobbly possibly because of the design of the base, which is why it isn't getting 5 stars.

Lovely but a Bit Wobbly
This is a lovely table with a beautiful marble top. The base as others have noted is not strong enough to keep the marble top from wobbling. I wish it was stronger. We ended up pushing the table against the wall which did help. We kept it, because it's just too pretty to return. Be sure to use coasters, marble does get water rings.

Marble Top Table
Wanted to follow up a previous review of our Lacina Marble Table. Frontgate exchanged out the tabletop and as soon as the new tabletop was in our home we sealed it with Tuff Duck (twice) and we are not having any issues.

Really pleased but.....
Excellent packaging and professionally delivered (JB Hunt). Marble is stunning and pedestal has an artisan flair. Found installation quite manageable. In short, it is a very handsome piece of furniture....so why just Good and not Excellent. As others have reported the table wobbles. It is almost reverberates like a tuning fork. Would LOVE any suggestions on how to steady the table.

Looks great
I bought this table for its adorable bistro look and I really liked that it has a single pedestal vs. 3 feet to trip over. It is very beautiful in person. My only disappointment is that it's wobbly. It's not an issue of leveling as the wobble isn't at the base or where the top attaches. The base itself flexes a bit. Overall still happy with the purchase.

Unstable
Love the look of this, but it’s top heavy. The table has a significant sway every time we use it. Because it was crate shipped, and we disposed of the crate materials, returning it isn’t an option. We simply thought purchasing it from an extremely reputable co and paying top dollar that it would have been stable.

Nice breakfast banquette table
A cute and charming table for the breakfast area. The marble top is nice however the base is uneven and it's wobbly on the floor. I put felt pads under it but still not stable so this isn't good when in use with cups/glasses. I don't know if getting a replacement base will help or if this is the way it is. I'm going to contact Frontgate.

Pretty but unusable for dining. Not recommended.
The table is quite beautiful and exactly as pictured in the magazine. I planned to use it on a very sheltered screened porch for spring and summer dinners for the two of us. I loved the look of the base and since it's a pedestal, I would not constantly bump against a table leg when I moved the chair. The top is smooth, but extremely heavy.
It is that heaviness which is actually its main problem. We have the 40 inch table and with the heavy top, the pedestal base cannot support it. It sways like a heavy tulip on a thin stem. Dinners will be difficult because the table moves (yes it is level, we've checked multiple times, and yes the screws holding the top in place are securely fastened). It doesn't rock, it sways. You can not eat a dinner that requires use of a knife and fork without the center post seeming to bend. This is annoying at best. This table will not be useful, and I can not recommend it for dining. It is pretty to look at, so buy it if your goal is decoration only. That's why is gets three stars. I'll put some flowers on it, but it is too much money to use only for flowers.
Delivery was painful. It took >4 months for it to arrive. So it was back ordered, not a tragedy. But the delivery company took weeks to schedule, cancelled once, then delivered it in two separate boxes on separate days a week apart. They were really quite clueless. Assembly was easy. It would be too much trouble to return it (I dread the thought, all the packing was removed at delivery).

Unusable table after 5 month wait
The table is beautiful but was shipped without the 8 screws necessary to attach the top to the base. The table was ordered in August and arrived on December 18...a long time to wait! How long until we see the order completed remains to be seen. Customer service should have figured out how to locate screws from one of their floor models!!

Fix the wobble
Love the table not the wobble. Base nit strong enough to support the table top. So sad I need to send it back.

Care and Maintenance
We purchased this table a few months ago and love the overall look but have some problems with the finish. Ours is an adult-only household and we typically have just one meal a day at the table. Wondering if anyone else is troubled by all the marks left on the table despite the fact that we are diligent about wiping the table-we are not using any abrasive on this table. Is it possible that a sealer was not used?

Lovely
Although the table is lovely, the screws sent with the table top were the wrong size. Add this to the fact that I had to drive an hour over and an hour back to a warehouse to get the table....and I paid the shipping costs....booo

We had 3 table tops delivered before we got one that was unblemished. Also, the first table bottom was uneven and required us to use something to level it.

32" Marble Bistro Table
Ordered the table in early May it did get delivered June 1 but the marble top was cracked down the center so we ordered a replacement. The second top came June 27 and it had pits in the marble, sent it back again. Seems like the warehouse people are not looking at quality control of the marble. Very frustrating. Frontgate customer service have been very nice to deal with but that doesn't fix the problem and frustration. If I had to do it again, I would not order it.

Lacina bistro table
The table top is nice, however, the base does not seem strong enough for a heavy marble top. The table wiggles on the week supports.

Not stable
The table top has far too much movement. It’s almost as if the stem isn’t strong enough to support the table tone. It’s like jello. Very disappointed in the quality.

Shipping Snafus
Shipment was delayed originally due to lack of supply. Then, the shipper called on the delivery day 30 minutes before arrival - not 4 hours as promised. I could not be home that quickly and I missed the initial delivery attempt. It was re-scheduled for 2 weeks later, so I planned to work from home that day. Good thing I did, because this time, they called 20 minutes before arrival!
Unfortunately, after the scheduling snafus, the marble top was damaged in shipment due to less-than-adequate packing and crating. The base of the table was fine, but a replacement top will not ship for almost 2 months (Sept). I refused the first top, due to shipping damage, as instructed by the shipper. I should have accepted the top, reported the damage separately to FrontGate - and then I could at least use the damaged top while awaiting the replacement.

Wobble-top
The top of this table wobbles-- the aluminum struts below cannot handle the weight of the marble top. Placing anything in a cup on the tablemeans that it spills. It is disappointing.

Pretty but unstable
This is most unfortunate. We just received our table and set it up, only to discover that it's unstable. It seems that the base isn't sturdy enough for the weight of the marble top. As soon as you touch the table, it jiggles. We have never seen a table like this and are sadly returning it.

Can this table be outside year round. Does it need to be sealed
Thank you for your interest in the Lacina Bistro Table. If you do not live in an area with a moderate climate year-round, we do recommend storing this table indoors during the winter months. We also recommend keeping all outdoor furniture covered when not in use. The marble tops for this table have been sealed. To maintain the beautiful appearance and protect the top, we do recommend annual reapplication of a marble sealant. The teak top is not sealed; left untreated, it will develop a natural patina over time. If you prefer to maintain the honey-colored finish, we recommend application of a teak sealant and periodically applying teak oil.
