Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful piece but poor quality The soldier is beautiful-but lately I find that the quality is not what you would expect from a very expensive piece. The soldier I received had paint all chipped around the hands, as well as the boot. It lights up but the hands don’t move at all and there is no music. (This I knew and was ok with when I made the purchase) I also wish they could send out replacement parts-so you don’t have to deal with the headache of returning it. And try getting it to go back in the box, honestly it’s close to impossible. Customer service is sending me out a new soldier so hoping this one will be in better shape.

On nutcracker item #169279, is the 17"deep his shoulder measurement, and the 22 3/4 measurement from his back and the drum sticking out, or the other way around? Also, is this a clearance item?
