Wrong item received and broken after one night
I ordered 3 sets of these snowflakes. I received 2 sets of snowflakes and wreath that I did not order. Customer service was very helpful. They arranged pick of the incorrect item and shipped the replacement out via 2 day mail. The second day I turned them on, the large snowflake would not light. Very frustrating, especially for the cost. I chose to go with Frontgate as I expected a certain service quality. Disappointed….

One Broken
Theses are beautiful that’s why I’m so disappointed that one is broken. The pins in the connection are broken. I don’t want to return them all and then find out I can’t get a replacement set or they won’t come well before Christmas or I won’t get a refund….what a pain…,,
