Beautiful addition to my zen lanai in Chicago!
The fountain is an amazing addition to my lanai downtown Chicago...def happy with the purchase...the product came in great condition and although the pump install was a little tricky as far as connecting the primary hoses the result is great! Does require steady refilling but so worth it!

Great fit for our outdoor oasis.
We had two difficult spots to decorate in our backyard so upon seeing this fountain it was a great fit. Not only was the size perfect but it also is beautiful and artistic with a wonderful calming fountain sound.

This is a beautiful addition to my back yard patio. It is not too large and over powering but adds a classy relaxing vibe to my outdoor area. The sound is a low splashing sound, perfect and relaxing with no over spills. Easy to assemble.

Love this fountain
I was a little worried about damage during delivery as noted from the other reviews, but I did receive the item undamaged. With that said, the cardboard box was flimsy, the packaging box clearly had been intentionally or accidentically opened and resealed very loosely, and the UPS delivery was very rough, so I was really worried before I opened the box. However, the packing material was all still intact, messy, but intact and kept the item safe. It was a cake to assemble and looks beautiful on my covered patio - even better than online pictures show.

Set this up today in about a half hour. Worked perfectly, added some rocks to the top as suggested by others. Make sue you know where you want it before you fill it with water, we moved it three times after filling it up and I got drenched each time lol.

Wonderful Fountain
We couldn't be any more pleased. The fountain is actually nicer looking than the photos. We put it in an outdoor location on our courtyard. The sound is very nice, does sound a bit hollow when the water level is down, so we try to keep the tank topped off. We have it lite from below, which is a perfect accent at night. We have had multiple comments on how striking it looks. Works very well.

Lovely Indoor Fountain
We like the fountain, which is in our family room. It requires a lot of water - we used distilled water so algae does not form. We put ping pong balls in the water chamber to dampen the sound a bit. The base is grey with blue overtones.

Looks great in the front of our house
I love this fountain. We just had our house painted and this sits out front by the porch and we've received a lot of compliments. It makes a great sound, and looks pretty, even when it's not turned on. I also bought 10lbs of craft rocks (3/4 to 1 1/4 inch size) to put at the base of the fountain which gives it a more finished look.

Great Indoor Fountain with a small footprint!
I really like the design and enjoy the peaceful sound! Easy to assemble, but the water does splash / "bounce" out of the bottom making the floor wet to damp around the base. However, there is a flow control on the pump that may reduce or eliminate this if I were to slow it down, etc.

Very pleased with quality and function
The lotus flower fountain came with good instructions, but we had a little difficulty squeezing the tubing over the pump line so that it wouldn't leak. After that minor setback, the rest of the install was fast. The fountain is substantial and well made. We located it in our 3 season porch, and it's a lovely addition. Part of its charm is the height of the pillar...it makes a statement. It's working well, and the sound of water trickling down is steady and soothing. I would recommend using a wireless remote to turn on and off because the container is quite heavy once its filled with water so moving it to get to a plug is not easily done. We are very happy with the purchase and have received many compliments. It also is nice enough to place anywhere in your home.

Love this fountain!
Bought this for our poolside patio area and couldn't be happier. The sound is perfect - not too loud. No oversplash with this design, so it would work well indoors too. We get compliments on it all the time, and the finches and other songbirds love it as much as we do!

Lotus Flower Fountain
This is a very nice fountain. The initial instructions were confusing about how to hook up the water supply to the bottom of the fountain. We are enjoying the nice water sounds and will need to better adjust the flow so that both sides equally fill the cascading cups cups.

Is the fountain blue or dark grey? It looks blue in some of the customer photos, but dark grey in the official pictures.
Mine is very clearly dark blue. I was surprised because I expected it to be dark grey. It’s ok, but not what I expected.
