Frontgate service with a smile
The process was simple and easy. When we realized the fireplace fence was actually discounted further, we were upset. However, when we contacted Frontgate, the representative happily credited our difference, and we were pleasantly pleased. Further, the item arrived sooner than estimated and packaged ever so carefully and professionally. We will keep Frontgate in mind for the future and would recommend them.

Absolutely Beautiful!
We have an electric fireplace in our bedroom. When the flame is on, the crystals sparkle. It's amazingly beautiful. I hesitated for months to spend this much on something I didn't need, but it's worth every cent. It arrived without a single flaw or broken crystal. The packing is very secure. In fact, expect it to take a hour to unpack it and free the crystals from the packing. This fire screen will not disappoint!
