Does it have 4 separate ropes or just two? The pictures shown looks like 4 in one and 2 in the other picture. Not sure how many posts would be needed to hang. Maybe I’m missing installation instructions in the listing. Thanks

I'm tempted to buy the rumor snow stock color but I'm worried about it getting dirty. Does this wash off easily? Is it white or more of an off-white? I have 4 kids so want to set myself up for something lasting.
Thank you for your interest in the Malia Hanging Daybed. Rumor Snow is a bright white fabric. This is a fabric designed for outdoor use and is easy to take care of. We recommend keeping the item covered when not in use and soaking up any spills immediately. Any marks on the cushions may be spot cleaned with a mix of plain water and a mild dish detergent. However, with children, we would recommend an off-white or color fabric.

How much does the daybed itself weigh? Trying to figure out if our overhang can hold it. Also, are the ropes made of rope, or is it more of a stretchy, bungee cord? I read all of the reviews and am not sure.

Had the daybed for two seasons. The material for the bed frame is very durable. Look is great, and is holding up well. The standard off white fabric it comes with is good not great.Fabric pills a little and ages fast. Consider a custom option.

Ultimate Napper.
Had the daybed for about 9 months. Solid construction, neutral color, but I use pillows for fun accents. Show stopper with guests. People gravitate toward it, especially kids. Would give 5, but somewhat agree on rope comments. There could be a better mechanism, but got it to work in less than an hour.

Nice but overpriced
This daybed is very pretty and comfortable. I am giving it 3 stars because it is overpriced, and for several thousand dollars, it should come with a cover that is not white- so impractical. And our ship date was delayed three times, so it just got here basically at the end of summer.

Slip knots slip and rope stretches, thus requiring constant readjustment to keep the daybed level and suspended at desired height. Needs "set it & forget it" hanging system.

Good buy
Love the daybed but the rope I’m not too fond of, every time I seat on the bed the rope slides off bringing the bed to the floor. We have to keep tightening the rope to keep the bed off the floor. Wish the swing came with some sort of instructions/information about the bed. Over all I’m happy with the purchase. I would’ve had given it 5 stars if it had come with a different rope and not a bungee rope.

Missing cushions
I ordered this in early august and despite including cushions, it didn’t come with them. I’ve called at least 3 times to see when they will be delivered and have not gotten any response. Thanks for the useless product!

Design flaw rope constant battle
We waited six months for this swing that repeatedly was pushed on backorder. We had it professionally hung and they came back out to rehang as the ropes keep slipping unevenly which looks terrible. No instructions included on how to hang or hooks etc. For the cost of the chair it is not worth the money, We had a similar swing at our old home and never any issues like this. We upgraded the fabric is the only plus but can tell cushion wise it won't last, would return in a heartbeat if I could. I have always ban a fan of Frontgate. This has made me question where I will order my patio furniture this year.

Way overpriced!
Would be nice if it wasnt 3500. Its a hanging day bed that DOESNT INCLUDE the pillows or any cushions...........
